Hi my names Rob and i have a problem im hoping somone out there can help me with. I have and APEX tv model PF2020. Recently i stepped on my remote and turned on a child lock that prevents me form doibng anything(changing chanell ect.) I was told by apex that the only way to undo it was with the original remote that came with the tv. Well i do not have the original remote because it broke a year ago. And they do not make them anymore. So basically im screwed. Unless some out there knows how to undo this lock. I do not have the money at the time to go out and pay for a brand new tv. If anyone has had this problem and knows how to deal with it could you please help me. Please help. ( oh and yeah im posting in here do to the fact in the television section, some people thought they would be cool and call me a kid, and accuse me of trying to undo the child lock my parents put on my tv. Im hoping people here will be more pleasent and not make theese assumptions. )

Honestly, I can't believe that your TV does not have an on set menu to turn off the lock. Try using the menu button on your set, and see if there is a way to unlock if from there. Apex's service line should be able to assist you with this.
