Yes. And one could be hit by a Randy Johnson fastball as well (yes, this actually happened, you can probably find the video via google). Both will have similar results: bird gets blown up.

Yes, but only if they happen to be flying thru the spot when the lightning bolt hits.

It's kinda like flying in front of a bullet.
The lightening isn't striking them so much as they
are flying into the path of the lightening.

I actually saw it once. the bird fell out of the sky like a sparkling glowing ember would do.

If they were on the ground or in a tree. But it flight it would be unlikely since they are not grounded and they are not large and metallic.

lmao I dont know but I think it would be funny as hell to see if one did but then of course the poor thing would be dead and that would be sad :(
