I figure that 4 out of 10 is the rating of how much you like your job, then you should definitely move on. Life is too short to be locked into a situation that doesn't fulfill you.
And we definitely don't owe a job any loyalty because they will let us go as soon as their is a down turn in the economy.
But, before you go. Try and find some where to move on to first.
I made the mistake of just quitting my job. And while I am a lot happier being free, it makes things harder because you need money to survive.
I hope that helps.
I would love to know what you decide.

Earning a living was always important to me. I like to know where my next meal is coming from. A job gives me great assurance that the possibility exists to get that next meal - on time.
Whether you should move on is relative to whether you have any marketable skills. If you mean, stealthily look for another job, no problem with that. If you mean quit, and be a bum until somehting comes along, that's not my bag.
Some advice I once heard is this: The best job to have is the one you have right now. 'nuff said

It doesn't really sound like you like your job to me. It sounds like you are settling. Never settle especially with marriage or your job. It will make your life miserable.
