I fell off the bandwagon this weekend and binge-smoked, but got back on this morning. So, do you smoke? Yay or nay?

Smoked for 10 years. Haven't smoked in almost a month. It's so hard.

yay and nay. on and off. i used to be a 1-pack a day smoker way back in college. i quit when i was pregnant with my kid and decided not to smoke anymore after i gave birth-- i lasted 9 months without it anyways.
this year id been smoking, though.. cos i always find myself in the company of smokers. but i decided to quit again and havent smoked for about three months now.

I smoked for a long time about 3 years ago I think. Quitting was best thing I ever did, even though I gained a few pounds. I'd rather be able to breathe!

YAY and ya know....problem with attempting to quit is if you do slip, people look at you and say things to you like how ashamed they are of you, etc. I am not putting myself through that anymore so I'll probably just die from it. People don't understand if they've never quit before. The ones who have quit are on such a high horse because they did, they like to make you look bad too.

I'm a smoker. I don't have enough will power to quit but I've cut down quite a bit. I'd be soooooooo mean if I didn't get my nicotine!
