this may sound very odd, but if u do not want to get my arm pitts waxed (which i would not be willing to wait seeing as im a girlie girl and like to show my flesh hehe) i find that mens razors are the bollox!!!!the good mens razors aswelll , thats what me and my mumn now use!! where womans hair is less thicker than mens our razors arnt as good!!!!so they leave ur arms feeling fresh and reallly smooth!!!and to prevent red sores make sure that the razor isent blunt!and use hair conditioner for extra softness

Try exfoliating the area before and after you shave. A good one to try is St Ives Apricot Scrub. Dove also has a deodorant called Radiant Silk that is supposed to improve the texture of underarm skin

How to lighten the skin in that area?

~Start with proper hygiene.

~Switch to sugaring instead of shaving or waxing to remove unwanted hair.

~Use a skin lightening cream.

~You can also scrub the area with lemon peel powder while bathing.

~Skin darkening is also treated sometimes with bleaching agents such as hydroquinone and other mild acids such as glycolic and retinoic acid.

if you have dark hair you can't make it go away...sorry. you can if you wax or use electrolysis. the darkness is your hair underneath the skin showing through. i have the same problem...i understand.
