an engraved frame for his degree cert.. money is always nice.. take him out to dinner.. suprise w/a congratulations party w/his closet friends...

i would say a frame for the degree. also, maybe a gift card for gas so that he can get to work/whatever on time and without having to worry about the gas bill for a while.

A check to cover all his school loans! Or a car, or a vacation somewhere. You can never go wrong with money. Or you could throw him a party so the attendees can give him money.
