In theory, the rescuer has one breath, and gives his breath to his love. Nice story, but highly impractical. In reality there are a number of problems with this, the seals, the amount of air that can reach the lungs, no way to clear the throat of the victim, etc... It is safe to say that such an event has never occurred in history.

you know when you give mouth to mouth, the person being revived most often will puke. Have to watch the backwash or you get a mouthful.

No, since people exhale carbon dioxide and breathe in oxygen, this would not work. Just something you see in movies.

yes, but the lips need to be completely sealed during the transfer of air.
