Shame about what? Are you saying because we are Americans
we should be shameful. I say if you don't like it here, leave. We have no shame, our four fathers fought plenty of wars so that we may have freedom. And if I choose to be shameful, then it's my God given right as an American. Proud to an American.

No, but you should be ashamed for putting such a stupid question on here. Why not ask if the world has no shame, it makes the same sense as your question fool. Have you ever heard the saying " its better to be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt"? Evidently not

Yes, As an American Im ashamed (or alteaest sorry) we liberated France in WWII and conitue to treat as if they matter.
Im ashamed we allow the UN to operate on our soil.
Im ashamed at how unamerican many americans are.
I am not ashamed that we are the major force for freedom in this world. I am not ashamed we defeated the Nazis, or the communists. I am not ashamed we have liberated 50 million people from oppressive governments since 9/11

Have you no respect & morals? I don't know where your getting your information from, but MANY of us Americans think about what happens outside the U.S and how poor and unfortunate people in general everywhere in the world are.

americans should be a little ashamed because we have all these opportunities to be educated and have a career and life of our choice and we still have so many uneducated, homeless, and unmotivated people living off the government or people that are to proud to do something with themselves.
america is the land of opportunity, that also means the land of opportunity to drop out of high school, live with your parents or family forever, to be uneducated, to be on government assistance your entire life, to not be as much as you could be. with opportunity comes the opportunity to not strive for more :(
