Iron is an essential part of hemoglobin. It is what makes your blood red. You cannot lose ALL the iron from your body - you would die long before you got to zero. It would be just like draining all the blood out -- you would become faint, pass out and die.

You develop anemia and become really sick. However anemia is generally a blood condition often inherited that people have and have to take supplements or some type of blood therapy.A severe bleeding episode can result in temporary anemia until the body has had time to make up the blood that was lost. But even small, persistent losses of blood may cause anemia if you have a poor diet. A healthy person whose diet contains plenty of iron and vitamins can produce large amounts of new blood, reducing the risk of anemia.

it would take some doing to lose ALL the iron in your body, at which time you'd have a serious iron deficiency. don't let it happen. if nothing else, i seem to recall iron helps in the clotting of blood, so you might bleed to death from a paper cut. take a supplement.

guy. If this answer doesn't post i'm gonna scream. properly it skill you lack iron, meaning your blood lack oxygen, because it lacks pink blood cells. The pink blood cells require iron to style actual and bind with oxygen. So...you opt to devour more effective pork, darkish eco-friendly vegetables, orange juice (vit C aids absorption of iron) and liver, in case you may face it.
