if you feel comfortable wearing it, that's fine, but by the way you described your hair and eyes, definately go with brown, DON'T USE BLACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and by the way, start with something light, such as NYC!!!

well then if you don't want an ugly look then use a light brown or kind of like and fair brown and black because it would go perfect with look.

Stick to a medium or light brown to stay natural. You don't hav to wear it if you don't want to. Keep the lines thin and try to stay right up against the lashes.

You could do brown or black. I think blue and green eyeliner is weird.

i think it depends on how old you are and what look you are going for. Grey is a good color if you want something soft, i also like brown alot, just buy some different colors and experiment!

if you want edge eyes, put black eyeliner on both lids you will look great. You eyes are going to pop.
