just wondering...since everyone dreams...and of course if an individual is blinded from birth...what do they "see" in their dreams...

First, by no means all "blind" people are unable to see. Second, only those who have been totally blind from birth have never had an experience which involved the optic nerves.

Since dreaming involves memory of past experiences, whether to do with sight, sound, touch, emotion or whatever, anybody will dream with the senses that they commonly use in waking life.

In a way, what you are asking is 'do blind people see?' and the answer is 'Yes, they do, but if you were to transfer what they experience to you, you probably would make little sense out of it.'
