How can you even compare the two?
one did a what minute long clip and says 3 things "LEROY JENKINS!!!!" "it's not my fault" and "atleast I have chicken"
Will Ferell has hundreds of thousands of hilarious things he has said. Also Will Ferell is more universal were as Leroy Jenkins is specific to WoW players and maybe some other nerds.
