my brother had acne on his back and he went to his GP and was given tablets. Also it may be your skin is sensitive to products with soap in so buy special non-scented soap. It could be your diet or if you have oily skin it may be the oil blocking your pores. There are special products for acne in places like boots and superdrug. It could just be in the genes or a hormonal thing but at some point it will go away. Also wen you have a shower dry naturally, don't use a towel coz u wud be rubbing the spots and probably spreading them to other parts of your body. If your worried go see ure GP.

Try changing your diet. Sounds like your not eatting what is good for you. Get your self an astringent. or use vinegar. Put some on a cotton square, or ball and then rub on face. Leave on for about 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse of. with plain water. Pat dry. These products will help dry your skin out a little bit at a time.

I had the same problem. I had tried what seemed like everything out there. Then I went to my doc and he prescribed a foam you put on your affected areas and it is called Evoclin. Try it. It works wonders. I am now pimple free.

Used to have that problem. I used alcohol/isopropyl after bathing especially. I use St. Ives Apricot scrub on my face though with the alcohol.
