Simple. You don't!! You are too young anyway. Wait to be sure you are not making a mistake that will end up in divorce leaving behind innocent children in the wake of custody fights!! How so many of those kids survive is beyond my understanding. They must be tough to do so. Tougher than the parents who don't work to keep the family together. Don't become one of those statistics.

Note that proxy marriages still exist in a few states.

A marriage not legal where you live may not be recognized: it's called a "limping marriage", perhaps better known by its French translation, «mariage boiteux». Such a "nonage" impediment may go away if you're still living together once of legal age, but it's best to marry again at that point to clarify your status.

Very commonly people marry underage with forged permission from a "parent", one who may even attend the wedding.

If one has a passport other places come to mind: Mexico especially. I doubt they look too closely at the parental consent required for under-18s.

I doubt you could "legally" get married in New York. Nobody that has the authority would want to break the law.
