Forever 21
Wet Seal
Target
Kohl's
Abercrombie Kids (The tops there are the same as the ones from Abercrombie & Fitch basically but only cheaper)
And for makeup Ulta is really nice but also if you want like Lancome or Clinique, they have offers that if you buy a few things that cost up to 20 $$ or something they give you a free gift like a makeup bag and some eyeshadows, you know.

Sure. It's a style.. styles aren't limited to a collection of brands.. and the ones you listed aren't even that preppy. Banana republic and J Crew are for the real preps.
(No, I can't afford that stuff.)
