Heather as she seems the "strongest" overall. But Virignia is really talented and creative... just needs more experience/training/mentoring I think.

Definitely Heather. If Virginia does win, there needs to be a lawsuit filed by the other contestants based on the fact that Chef Ramsey wants to stick it to Virginia.
I was so happy that Keith called him out on that.
Virginia has been on the chopping block 5 or 6 times now. She can't handle much pressure. She does not have the basic skills to be a top chef. She has been lucky. How can you pick a salad chef to run a restaurant? Then everyone pretty should try out because they have a chance to win.
I thought Heather was the favorite the whole way. She is a little high strung but she is good.

Heather. Ramsey may like Virginia but that's not a reason to put the incompetent twit in charge of a restaurant. You have to remember that they have to control a kitchen of former competitors tonight. Do you really think that anyone is going to go out of their way to help Virginia? The people who are already out all think they are better chefs than her and they don't like her -- she's screwed.

I hope it's Heather. Even though she's proven to be a B*tch, she can run a multi-million dollar restaurant in my opinion. Virgina could run the salad bar.

i think of Rock ought to win by way of fact he has the adventure as nicely by way of fact the creativity to be a Head Chef. Bonnie sounds like she needs a sprint greater time until eventually now she will lead a kitchen

i think haether is going to win, because she was a sous chef in another restaurant and has the experience, whereas virginia was a salad chef.
