I just started loving it a few days ago, otherwise i thought it was a lame movie. I like that scene with the band. It's so sad! But it hasn't made me cry. Evry time i watch it i always hope there's gonna be a different ending. That at least Jack doesn't die, or Rose discovers she's pregnant, or that the ship makes it.

Am I only female who hated that sniveling piece of tripe?
The special effects were about the only good thing about it. Though I did applaud when the guy fell into the engine and when DiCraprio died at the end *in fact I was dragged into the theatre to see it...4 people gave his death a standing ovation*

Yes...I love it and cried..I own it.
It just really hits you to how real the whole thing was...terror doesn't get much worse than that.
They really got the details down...even the boys kicking the ice berg are documented as being true events.
The biggest thing that most people don't know is that MOST of those people in the water did not drown...they FROZE to death.

yes i love that movie...but i just cant get past the fact that there was no friggin love story on the true titanic!! :)

the movie titanic is the best! it made me cry my eyes out, but it was worth it. it was so realistic and was a great story!! its stupid though because they are making a second movie which comes out next summer. that just kills it...

I hear many people say that the movie was sappy and they didn't like it, but I think they just say that because they don't want people to know they thought it was great! LOL

Yes I love that movie, it's sad,romantic,funny, and every time it is on i HAVE to watch it I absolutely adore that movie.

can't u get inspiration from the violinists ?
don't u get the sense of dedication and sacrifice from the security 'women & children first'? shooting, suicide by a security. what a self sacrifice?
the arrogance and ego of the uppper class deck people!
the wrong decision making of the captain smith to sail maximum speed.
titanic has got wonderfull lessons to inspire.....
