my brother has the game GTA Vice City and it got scratched. whoever says the best answer on how to take the scratches off and it actually works then i'll give them ten pnts. and be honest cuz if u gimme an answer u jus made up and it ruins the video game even more then i'll report u

known people use T-cut
but try to coy to disc first
i have used liguid soap and hot water and has worked to the extant i managed to copy it. it still works
put the dvd clear sticker on it

Well it depends on the scratch.. if you look at the CD is it on the label side or the silver under side. if it's on the label side you might have lost the information.. take a black marker and color over the scratch and that might help enough for the CD to read.. if it's on the under side they sell scratch removal machines that you can use to resurface the CD.. the programing on the CD is actually on the underside of the label.. if you was to take the label off a CD you would have a piece of clear plastic.. good luck hope this fixes you're game

It all depends on the scratch. Some are superficial and dont affect gameplay, but if its deep enough there is nothing in the house you can use to repair it. Radio Shack and Walmart have good cd repair kits that should work. If its cracked your out of luck, no repairing it in a cracked condition.

I think Gamestop will clean scratches off games and it only costs like $3-$4. Or you could go to Wal-Mart and pick up this thing called disc doctor. (I think.) I don't know how much it costs, however my friend has one and it works. So I hope this helps.

this is the ten point answer your looking for.Get a cotton ball and put some alcohol on it and rub the disc on the scratched side of course then dry it with a napkin. Try it now SATISFACTORY GUARANTEE OR YOUR POINTS BACK.

you can buy a CD/DVD scratch repairer from maplins(UK), it isn't that dear either(less than £20)
