In the service agreement on My Space there is a clause that you will not post with abrasive language or post nude pics..... Becau the site has no age restriction policy litle kids can view it... which by law can lead into legal ramafication into going after the poster.... With great power comes great responsibility... which can also leadyou toget boted off permenantly from my Space
Now on 360.....you can turn on an age restriction when you are eiing yu account and photo albums so there by telling people tha there is sensitive material within... Which leads me to believe that it is okay on 360; providing that it isn't child porn (why any sick-o wouldenjoy kiddy porn I don't know) which will get anyone, anywhere into a heap of trouble.

They have nude and semi-nude all over the place on myspace, but some people get their knickers in a twist and complain when they see it, so it's best to keep your profile private if you want to put that kind of pic up.

They aren't allowed according to the rules, but people still put them up and push the rules aside for the sake of having a huge friend list

They are in myspace, but you have to be over 18 to post, and be a member to view. Good luck finding them, though.

idk about 360 but they aren't in myspace, if ur lucky you can find one tho, i have before, but chances are it'll be gone after not too long.
