just eat healthy and exercise. try to avoid eating alot of sweets like cookies, brownies, ice cream..the lot. but DON'T go on a crash diet. it is sooo not healthy. exercise. running for about 20 minutes a day worked well for me. some crunches should do too.
but remember, beauty comes from the inside. work out and stay healthy but don't go freaking out on it. it's what's on the inside that matters. good luck hun!

if you want to lose weight you must watch what you eat and exercising helps a lot! what the amount of saturated fats and carbs you eat. also what out for sugars, especially processed ones (natural ones are found in fruits). Don't overindulge in snack foods and candy, maybe one serving a day. Also, try spreading your meals out to something like 5 instead of 3, but smaller meals... it helps you digest your food better. gaining weight at your age is a part of puberty and it's hard to fight, but it can be done. Aerobic exercise (running and sports that get you sweating and make your heart beat faster than normal) along with healthy dieting should help you lose weight. Also, keep a log to see how much weight you lose, to prove you yourself that it's working, take before and after pictures for encouragement. Also, don't listen to these people that say do 300 sit ups a day... It's good to do situps, but that's not even close to the best way to lose the weight... and yeah it makes your abs look good... but that's when you don't have much fat covering it up. You have to lose the extra weight first. Also, don't be discouraged if you don't look like Brittney Spears after 2 weeks of dieting, if you do... your diet is very unhealthy and you have to change your ways before you damage your body long term. Losing weight is a slow gradual phase, but once you start dieting right, it's easy to keep those habits. Also, drink a lot of water, it helps flush the toxins out of your body. Cold water is the best because your body has to work to heat the water up to body temperature and that helps you lose weight. And if you're trying to lose weight, soda (even diet soda) is something you have to stay away from, try replacing your soda cravings with water. Water also helps you fill up without the calories, which may prevent you from eating too much come dinner time. Hope that helps, good luck!

What you should do is start going running or doing another form of cardio. You can't just have a six pack without removing the fat that is already there. Make sure you do about 30 to 60 minutes of cardio every day and you will start to see the fat come off. After it starts to come off is when you should start doing sit ups and all of that. Make sure that when you are doing sit ups that when you go up you aren't pushing your stomache out. Cause that will cause you to build stomach muscles out causing a bigger belly. Eat healthier, cut out most of your sugar and fat intake. Don't have more than 40-50 grams of fat a day and you should be okay.

I drank water this whole summer and I lost around 16 pounds. I look gorgeous now. Just when you want soda or something, just think, "Do you want to be fat and have no guy like you, and feel fat when you go shopping?" That's what I did. Now I wear a size 3 in jeans! I also try to cut back on the brownies, cookies, and ice cream. I also did abou t30 crunches in June and it was like 3 times a week. Then in July, I stopped.
Just be careful.

Don't go on a crash diet! That will make you eat more! Just eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, bread, and meat! Exercise by doing sit ups and stuff like that! After a little while you will lose weight and feel better!

naaah, instead worry about belly, just wear a suitable clothes, you are quite good looking, nobody would see your belly in the first sight,,,, naturally....
i guess you like swimming, don't eat before and when you are swimming,
