I'm 22 and i remember that! In fact i have the film somewhere in the back of a cupboard. The first time i saw it was the last day of school when i was about 8 i guess.
I showed it to my partner a couple of years ago - i was all excited thinking "he'll love it - who couldn't!" and he didn't love it, i was so disappointed. Oh well, he's French and will never be able to appreciate such treasures! But I'll try it on my daughter in a few years - I'm sure SHE'LL love it!

It was my favourite film, I watched it every day, wore out two videos and knew all the words! I use to watch beauty and the beast too, I had a massive crush on Vincent (how wierd is that), but I was only about 8!

I'm 27 and I remember when that movie was popular. I watched it a few times, but David Bowie creeps me out, so I'm not a fan of the movie. I remember Beauty and the Beast, too.

You don't have to be 30 something to remember it. I'm 27 and think it's a classic. The plot doesn't make a great deal of sense but that's part of why it's great. The fantastical. The bit that sticks out for me as the scariest bit is when she's in her room but it's not her room and that weird lady comes in.How weird is that? The funniest is when she's marking arroes on the stones and the little dudes pop up and change them, they make me laugh. Like I said, classic.
Didn't like the fact you could see Bowie's todger.

Iam 40 something and have the movie on DVD i love it...and do you know that hoggel was called Hogwart in some of the scenes, thought that was funny, if you have the DVD, watch the making of the movie in the extras part, it will open your eyes to movies making, and what a mind Jim Henson had (god rest his soul)

I'm 27 and that was one of my favorite movies back in the day. I own it now on DVD (as well as The Dark Crystal). I think David Bowie is so hot in that movie, even still.
