Im 5'8" and 105lbs and i think i am way too skinny. Its harder for me to play sports because i get dizzy easily and often pass out. I eat a lot so i dont understand why i am this skinny. What can i do to gain some weight safely, and not just put on alot of fat.

well one thing is being too fat, but being too skinny is also a problem. try to watch what types of foods you eat. maybe you are eating too many foods without necesary fats and lipids. try to get a well rounded diet and not just one type of food. this is especially true if you're a vegetarian. try and eat foods with many types of mineral and vitamin backgrounds and gradually introduce them into your diet. hope i helped, i used to have the same problem but yay now i got my 6pack instead of just having a skinny stomach :D

well this is no time for rational and silly websites telling you how to gain naturally. You are gonna want to do what any red white and blue blooded american does on a daily basis. cut back exercise in mostly all forms. of course walking must happen but the distances you walk can be cut back drastically. still exercise but don't do it as much. also when you eat make sure you eat a lot and make sure when you eat you don't do anything afterwards. let it settle, also you may get extra points if you eat before you go to sleep as your body doesn't naturally burn those calories as fast as other times. what you eat can account for weight gain too so eats lots of pastas, cheeses, breads and potatos. regardless to what you may think, eating lots of fat and things like that are good ways to gain weight but they may hurt you in the long run and you really don't want that. still cut off the fat when you eat a lot of meats.

you may think i don't know what i am talking about...but i tried and thats all i can say.

It's your metabolism. That's why you can eat a lot, but still be skinny. If you want to gain weight, train. Do excercises to build up your muscles (muscle weighs more than fat), and this way you will gain weight, but not fat (or at least, not too much if you don't overeat). This will build up you muscles (of course), and your stamina, so you can be better able to play sports.

Don't eat McDonands if u do-it wont make u fat just give u cellulite and weight in weird places,I kno that can happen (it didn't happen to me tho.).You could have a fast metabolism and that's why you sont gain weight (believe me I have the SAME problem!).
Try eating more poulty and meat-tho I am not really sure if it works.good luck!

there are ways to gain waight like eating junk food if that doesnt work there are pharmacys that has waight gaining bars. there are also a way to get musle strenth. this websight i will give u will help u trust me my sister is so skinnny she looks like she dying i made try this website and she gained 7 pung in 3 weeks though it take long to show. it works. good luck.

Go to the gym. work out a little and that should give you some muscles so you can have more strength. Hopefully i helped.

your metabolism is high but if you keep eating a lot it will be lower.

Eating healthy is more important than eating a lot! Eat fruits, vegetables, meats, and bread! Stay away from desserts! Drink lots of water!

Weight lifting (not too heavy, maybe 5 or 10 lbs) can give you some extra pounds - in muscles.

well thats in your genes. i say that becuz i am lets say build i have a nice body n im short. but if u look at it most are my family is build with a nice body. if your whole family is skinny then you just got 2 accept you r going 2 be skinny....

Good luck. We are on opposite ends of the scale, but believe it or not, have some of the same issues.
