the video shows a guy sleeping in an alley, and than a black cat go to him and he picks it up or follows it to a room where madonna is waiting, i know it was also raining outside. and the video was dark.

There's only one Madonna video with a black cat and that's EXPRESS YOURSELF. I think you mean the scene where the slave picks up the black cat, gets into the elevator towards Madonna's room. She wears a green dress and is waiting on the bed.

It's Express Yourself yes. and after showing the guy with the cat I remember Madonna walking around on all fours like a cat herself.

Madonna's videos are often weird like that. The only one I remember off the top of my head is "Frozen." I know that is a dark video, it could be the one you are thinking of.
