It all matters how much memory you want on the memory card. The 1GB memory card cost over 100 dollars and the 32MB cost about 30 dollars. And no you do need to buy anything extra to get the internet function. All of the upgraded PSPs have the internet on them. All you need is a wireless router to gain access to the internet.

Yes, you need WiFi. You can connect WiFi in 3 ways:
1. To a computer in an Ad-Hoc network. (Your computer must create its own network). Some PSP games can run Ad-Hoc with other PSP's.
2. Connect to a wireless router at your home.
3. Connect to a hotspot.
As for the memory card, you can use any MemoryStick Pro Duo card you can find. You can usually find them in the camera memory department of most stores.
