tilt it to the side and let it drain out then let it dry it should be fine after that. most keyboards are spill proof these days. just let it dry and you can use it again.

If you let it DRY , then the keys will start getting stuck from the dried wine. Make sure the Keyboard is unplugged during this process. Run it under the sink, make sure you press the keys while doing so, in order for the water to have a chance to mix with all the wine inside. Once the water starts to come out clear, or clean again, then give your keyboard some shakes, and let it dry OUTSIDE, preferably under the sunlight so that the water can evaporate...do this for a day or 2 or until you are sure it is dry. That's it. Although it seems unsafe, a keyboard is mainly plastic and with the thought of spills in mind, keyboards are pretty much safe from electrical shocks from spilling liquids. Give this a go, it is better than simply buying a new one, especially if it is an expensive keyboard.

Procedure: Below are a few recommendations to help prevent a keyboard from becoming bad once a substance has been spilt within it.
If anything is spilt onto the keyboard turn the computer off immediately. Once the computer is turned off, quickly flip the keyboard over helping to prevent the substance from penetrating circuits. While the keyboard is upside down, shake the keyboard over a surface you do not mind getting wet or that can be cleaned up later. While still upside down, use a cloth to help clean out what can be reached. After you you have cleaned the keyboard to the best of your ability leave the keyboard upside down for at least one night allowing it to dry.
If a keyboard does not work after trying it again later it is recommended that it be replaced. If the keyboard works, however some of the keys are sticky or cannot be pressed in you can attempt to do additional cleaning in attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately many times any sticky substance such as a non-diet pop is spilt directly onto the keyboard it is usually a loss unless you plan on spending dozens of hours attempting to clean each key.

Try rinsing the unplugged keyboard with clean water until it runs off clear. If the keyboard is one that has a rubber coating over the innards of the keys you might be OK. Wait till it is dry and then plug it in again and do a keyboard test (from CONTROL PANEL or one of those hardware test programs).
Nowadays the "pain" of a standard keyboard ranges from $5 to $20 so unless you are on a super budget you are probably not in deep trouble even if it is ruined and needs to be thrown away. Look on Froogle or in the Sunday papers for ads for keyboards. Even the great ones are under $100 and the regular ones sometimes are loss leaders with 100% rebate.

If you spill a drink or some other type of liquid on the keyboard, immediately turn the keyboard upside down to let the liquid drain out, and then mop up as much liquid as possible. Wait until the keyboard is completely dry before you use it again.

well, you should first let it run under luke warm water to rinse out the remainder of wine, then you will need to let it dry for a few days, until completely dry on the inside, a hair dryer may help here, if you get lucky you'r keyboard may work, but if not a new keyboard only cost like $20 us dollars, now is your keyboard a usb (flat square plug) or ps/2 (round with many little pins in it) because if it was ps/2 then your keyboard port may be shorted out and be dead, usb is more forgiving to shorts and overdraws.

Let it sit and dry out for a while. Then try it out and see if it still works. If it doesn't, they just get a new keyboard.
If it shorted out while the computer was on when you spilled wine on it then you may have damaged some other parts on the computer. But try the above first.

if you didn't fry the keyboard, wait for it to dry. you might be ok. only problem then is if it makes the keys sticky. you can take it apart or just run water over it to rinse the wine off BUT make very sure it's dry before you plug it back in. (i'd actually suggest taking it apart and using alcohol and q-tips as alcohol doesn't conduct electricity like water does and dries very fast. this route takes quite a bit of time tho)

That wine isn't working very well if you're really that stressed out about it. Relax its just a keyboard. Go buy another one if it doesn't work tomorrow. If you can afford good wine you can afford $50 on a new keyboard.
