Why does Osama bin Laden not look like Osama bin Laden, in the video confession ?

EXTREMELY GOOD QUESTION!

I have not seen the video. I am actually in a hurry! I would like to watch it later, but see no need! I have been wondering about photographic inconsistencies for a long time.

e.g. Paris Match article in Fall of 2001 showing him on a vacation in England. His nose did not look Semitic (pardon the political incorrectness if "Semitic" is not a proper word!). It looked slightly *******, as did his lips and his general features. Such a look would not be unexpected from someone with ancestors from South Yemen. (Pardon me for commenting on the obvious if it is not nice to comment on someone's racial features). His cheekbones looked a little higher in the picture of him when he was roughly 14 years old. His face looked genuinely pleasant, rather than showing the derisive smile in more recent photographs. I thought someone had made a mistake in indicating which person was which of the three brothers in it.
