it's gone :-(

It is probably lost in "space" forever. I mean its in memory some where but there is not way to actually locate it. So it is gone for good.

But if you use an external email program like Outlook, then they might have been setup to auto save and you may be able to get something back.

If you use your web browser then there is not way to get it back.

gone for good i'm afraid.

if you'd used outlook express or a similar external email program for your webmail it'd have been saved in the drafts folder, but when you use your browser it saves nothing.

i would recommend getting yourself a googlemail address, aside from the benefits of better spam detection, it automatically saves your composed messages every few seconds which is a feature not really found in any other browser based email.

I assume you mean someone closed the email program compose window. If it is actually closed and not just minimized then it is lost. Is it still on the bar at the bottom of your screen?

It's likely gone for good, unless your email program auto-saved it as a draft. Check your drafts folder, if you have one. Otherwise, you may have to retype the whole thing. Sorry, I know that is frustrating.

sorry to say but you have to type your reply again.... unless you have clicked the "save as draft" before you close your IE
