Nonexistant.
Let's hit this question from a physics standpoint.
There was a time when we believed in an idea of absolute position in space. In order for this concept to have authenticity, we had to ignore the fact that everything we see in the universe is moving in relationshop to everything else. We had to imagine that there was a single fundament from which we could measure the speed and position of all the falling, tumbling and orbiting objects of the universe. To do this, for a while, we placed the earth at the center of the universe. But the measurements of Copernicus, Galileo and Kepler revealed that this was a bogus concept. That the planets revolved around the sun, that they in turn had moons that orbited them, and that the orbits influenced one another in immeasurably complex ways. A bit of wider scrutiny revealed the sun moving through the galaxy, apparently orbiting the galactic center, and then that the galaxy itself was moving in realtionship to all the galaxies around it.
The idea of absolute space became insupportable, and this led to Einstein's theory of relative motion.
Some would then say that the absolute truth would be that everything is relative. But then comes the rub. On the quantum level, the structures and laws we see on our level of perception break down. At one point quantum physicists advanced the theory of the instanton. It was a single particle... only one in the whole universe, but wierdly enough, it could be found in the center of every other particle. Suggesting that all matter may indeed share a unified fundament.
But I'd say, with the limited knowledge we have of the universe so far, and the limited capacities we exhibit in comprehending and accepting new information, that the idea of an absolute truth is probably an absolute self-deception.
I'll get back to you in another thousand years with an update...

Truth lies under the lid of a golden pot. The truth is that the whole of the Cosmos is pervaded by the Transcendental Power. This is the absolute truth.

You are. I am. Everyone is the Absolute Truth(despite how things appear contrary).
Not who we think we are or anything that
is impermanent but that which doesn't move
or change. That which is aware of change.
That silent backdrop in which all objects pass through.
It could be likened to the sky which remains while the clouds pass through. The sky remains untouched.
Some call it awareness or consciousness.
