Arnold Vosloo's character (the Mummy) says it at the very end of the movie when he is being sucked into the black mire... but long before that, in the explanation scenes set in ancient Egypt, Patricia Velasquez' character, Ankh Su Namen, says it first as she sends off Imhotep before the Pharaoh's guards break down the door and ... well, The Mummy.
Maybe I know that movie too well. But it is not the only one to use that famous quote. IMDB lists one other movie: The Romeo Division.
