On weekdays I have one in the morning so that I am fresh for my working day but at the weekend I usually have one at the evening time because i walk the dogs in the morning.

Both, in the morning to get clean and fresh for the day and also at night to wash away the grime of the day and I sleep better when I know I am clean and all the hairspray has been washed out.

I take one every night before I go to bed and sometimes in the morning. It helps me to relax at night and it feels great to snuggle down in bed all nice and clean .. in the morning sometimes just to wake up and get my day going...
