hey. ok i am faster than everyone on my team, and i take off and run by myself everyday in front of others cuz im always way ahead of them... but what do i say when my team member ask why im not runnin with them today? u think they would know since i win alot of meets.. but waht would i say to them??

say... it sounds like you beat most ppl around you... thats awesome... but if you have a tough apponent... just say.. well next meet i really wanna beat (name).. so i am gonna practice extra hard! .. it works for me every time! if they say anything else they arent very good teammates!! after all, ur gettin the least points for the team , so they should be cheerin you on to go ahead.. good luck

since you are obviously an Olympian and noone can keep up, you need to get off that team, and be on your own. It's a team and you are supposed to work out together and help others that are not as talented there will always be one person better than the group , in races you can do what you want.

im not the fastest runner on my team...but i think you should maybe once in a while ask if they want to run with u....if they cant run as fast as u maybe take one step slower because it will bring u closer as a team when u run together
