try working out your chest area. While your doing it, wear a tight sports bra so in will be like insulated when you sweat. The exercise and sweat will shrink them a little.
If not, surgery.

Hi Marks & Spencers do a range of "Minimizer" bras which give the illusion of a smaller size, but they just go up to a G cup or something. Also, if you are slightly overweight, you can maybe try losing some weight because it's generally from your bust area that the weight shifts first.
