I want to get one, but I don't know which one to choose.

I've tried both. Netflix "throttles" -- they are good the first month or if you only rent a few movies a month, but if you want more, they suck.

I got my first "sorry for the delay" coupon from Blockbuster today. So they don't get accused of throttling themselves, they sent me an email apologizing for my movies not coming in quickly (two in the last 3 weeks took 3 days instead of the normal 1 or 2 days). They said they were experiencing a tremendous growth that is slowing service a bit, and they sent me a coupon for an extra free in-store rental (on top of the one I get every week). They assured me that once their plans to open more distribution centers this month comes through, the slowdown will end.

Keep in mind, I didn't complain. That's proactive customer service!

They have a free one-month trial right now...

For me Netflix. I think they are faster, and have a good selection. Some other people like Blockbuster though because they give out free rental coupons every so often.

I have blockbuster online. I would definetly recommend it. With any of the memberships you get a free in store rental every week. The one time that I had any issues with them I sent them an email and got an apology right away with another free rental to make up for the error. They have great customer services and they are working daily to improve their system.

I say none. If you have a stop and shop around you there is a red box you can rent any new releases for $1 a night. But if you don't I would go with Netflix.
