No is there such a thing. I don't think that I could hold my breathe that long without freaking out. Do you know of anyone that's done it? Not me?

I played this game as a teenager. And knowing now the dangers, I was foolish to do so.

Read on:

"Long-term effects have not been studied and one can only speculate what they may be. There are reports of children having sustained enough anoxic (lack of oxygen) brain damage as a result of some catastrophe playing the game to be permanently disabled. Short-term effects may still include sudden death — even when playing with a partner or group. For example, if a player has his/her hands around a partner's neck and stimulates a small mass of nerve cells, called the carotid bodies, the heart can be brought to a virtual standstill. Other short-term effects may be traumatic injury."

There have been 255 deaths this year alone from the choking game.

This article http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/06071/668364.stm is one you should read. It was written by a 15 year old girl. So if you don't want to take my word for it, you can take hers.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- A 10-year-old boy was found dead, hanging from a tree, apparently killed while trying to get high by playing the "pass-out game," authorities said.

Dalton Eby may be the second Idaho child killed in recent months while playing a choking game, trying to cut off the oxygen supply to the brain to achieve a type of "high."

All the kids in my neighborhood (when i was 13) used to do that....i was always too scared. Actually--someone pushes on the front of ur neck/throat while u stand against a wall. Its really scary and sad to watch. I didnt think people still did that.

is this where you compress the chest when someone takes deep breaths someone squeeses his chest causing him to pass out? there is another way , but either way is very dangerous! i saw this happen to a child after school let out a he was on the curb at the cross walk. he fell an a car hit him he later died. the other game causes the heart to stop sometimes. like i said it is very dangerous and no one should do these games to any one!!!
