The trouble with people today is they have become very self centered. Unfortunately we are in the "it's all about me" mode. Human beings are nastier then I can remember. They are very self absorbed and simply not willing to give up and relinquish any thing because "they can". How ludicris is that. I am a humanitariun by heart I give I do not take. Giving is so much better. I feel one should do for another simply because they like to not because they are seeking something in return.

I think it the way parents don't raise there kids. I think are so busy working that they let there kids do what ever! I see young kids out on the street late at night!! Guess, parent are brain dead until the kid get in trouble than they can say' where did we go wrong!! Look, at all the crime young kids are doing now!!!

I believe that life is too convenient, we take for granted too much, we don't care enough about one another and we don't praise people enough for doing things right . OH !and we glamorize things that are hurtful to one another, which teaches our offspring the wrong messages.

We spend too much time 'interfacing' with non human contraptions, like ATM's, internet, self serve petrol stations, etc etc
Consequently we have forgotten basic manners, we expect perfect service, INSTANTLY. when we dont get it we complain or 'lose it' cos we're desperate to get home to our 'puters' and other 'time saving devices' that make our life 'better'.
The sad thing is we really are losing out on what community is all about, and we dont even realise it.

no one cares about karma anymore. i for one am all about karma. i do things to help others because if you dont when you need help no one will be there for you. there have been several occassions that im ashamed about not being there for someone that needs help but i learned my lesson because when i needed help no one was there to help me. if people were worried about their karma then the world would be a better place.

People are just meaner nowadays than they used to be. I think it has to do with parents being lazy and not raising their kids to be respectful and have manners.
