You have to plug the freeview box into the DVD recorder.

It doesn't matter what input Freeview is on the TV - just check you've got the right channel on the DVD recorder. Switch your TV so that you can see what's going through the DVD recorder, and change the recorder's channel until you see Freeview.

On mine, the SCART input from a digibox is called L-2 and you can get to it by pressing 0 - or try "channel down" from channel 1.

you connect the freeview directly to dvd recorder..... then send the signal out to the tv from the recorder... always make the dvd recorder the 1st in line from the tv

you need to find the freeview on your DVD recorder i had a problem getting mine you just go down from 1 on finding the channel and put freeview on a menu so you can spot it easier .
If you are still unsuccessful double check you have connected it OK.
