blondie version was on her 197? 'parallel lines' album and pat benatar version was on her 1985 '7 the hard way' album

I'm gonna go with option "C"...NOBODY!! Sorry, I know I'm not following your questions' guidelines, but nobody has ever done a cover of a 4 Tops song, without the results being....laughable. (IMHO)
