Due to past bad credits i am not able to get loan fr banks,can anyone offer me a personal loan of USD$20,000 if i have some stocks as collateral,thanks

If your stocks are good sell them unless they are loser stocks . Should of paid your bills too - now you see how important a credit rating is .

Well if you didn't care to pay your bills in the past how can you convince me that you will pay them now? You can't! I will not give my money to a deadbeat.

Sell the stocks and then you'll have your $20K and you won't be paying interest. You'll have more money in the end.
