In a good lover? You know the answer to that one. In a good partner, I'd say TRUST and FAITHFULNESS.

If shes the love of your life I assume that you are old enough to call her this. If you are not over 21, shes not the love of your life yet.
If she is I assume that you are married, or engaged. If not getting a ring on her finger will do this.
What will make a woman happy in a marriage is a few basic things:
-Don't stop treating her good: Ex. If shes in the shower it is disrespectul to take a dump, keep lines drawn or she will feel disrespected.
-Come home: I realize that men like freedom and so do woman but go home. If you get out of work, dont go somewhere else, go home. Don't bother her about wanting to go to a bar, or socialize with buddies. Forget it. Go home.
-Temperment: Men have terrible tempers. Leave your wreckless driving to yourself, don't do it with her in the car. Also, don't play a video game or computer game and yell at the screen.
-Cheap: If you want to show her how much you love her, don't take her out to the movies and then decide sense its only 10 you can do wahtever you want for the remainder of the night. What a waste of her time.
If you want to keep her happy, don't use your human nature as a man. leave that and all the testosterone behind.

Women don't want much. You can make a woman happy by compliments (in detail). Listening to her is important because that shows her you care. Saying you're sorry can go along way with a woman. Be in touch with your sensitive and feminine side. It's OK to cry and be human.
Faithfulness, commitment and communication are always important to women.

the hotness of the person matters but 4 me he MUST have long hair not girly long but long enough to a point where his bangs are covering his eyes some guys look retared with long hair he has to beable to pull it off and then the body then the eyes then the lips if you want to get closer to yuor lover say something hot or sexy or romantic tell her you love her and you just want things to be different between the 2 of you tell her you want to be closer tell her shes hot and kiss her buy her flowers but be4 u do go up to her and ask her some questions whats your favorite flower or do you like chocalate ask her what her favorite animal is if she says: she likes flowers and her favorite kind go out one day and buy her her favorite type of flowers buy her chocalate i mean what woman doesn't LOVE chocalate and buy her haer favorite animal but if she said her favorite type of animal is a tiger or monkey then make it a stuffed animal pick me 4 best answer ps who ever said money can't buy you love? i mean seriously it can lol well at least sometimes it can good luck:)
