Usage of copyright protected items is allowed only for non-commercial purposes such as parody, news, public utility information, public records, etc. You will have to take copyright owners permission or at the very least acknowledge your sources/ actual copyright owners in your presentation to be on the right side of the law and professional.

Disney is very strict on their stuff being used without permission. If no one is going to find out and its important to your presentaion, it may be worth the risk. In West Edmonton Mall, the amusement park used to be called Fantasy Land, Disney sued and made them change the name. Not that anyone would confuse the two.

Depending on the audience, you would probably get away with it - but it might risk looking unprofessional.
You're best off sticking to royalty-free clip art.
