i have been with my partner for 2 years and i have lost all interest in sex. and i know he is getting really fed up. what can i do to get it back. its not course i dont fancy him coz i do.

iv been with my partner for 5years & i hate s e x i still fancy him but i dont want s e x with him so i cant help u there!! i think it is just what happens when u have been with someone for a long long time. plus u might be a bit depressed or hormonal at the mo if u are young. x

I have been on the injection (depo) for 18mths. I have just stopped getting it due to the same reason. I have no sex drive at all.
So Yes I would say it's all down to the injection.

Try taking the pressure off yourself to perform. Get him to take the pressure off you too.
Then build up to it, from touching and cuddling, very, very slowly. See if you find yourself getting more into it very gradually. Don't force yourself to progress any further than you genuinely want to, and see what happens.
You'll need him to be very patient and understanding. Ideally, you'll both give the evening to spending intimate time together, with no pressures or expectations on what actually happens between you.

Are you taking the pill, the shot or any other type of hormonal birth control? That has been known to kill some women´s sex drives.

usually when we have an infection it makes it more uncomfortable, if it hurts tell him not to go in so far and try diffrent lubrications
