My thing is not abt being gettho but unique is the key by adding our names together. My Idea cool or not cool. Latrice, Laresha, La'Nesha,Latavia My middle name is Itavia, for boy I'm just blank no Jr. I dont like his name his a jr and thinks it would be a curse on the baby if he was the third.

Instead of trying to concoct some goofball made-up name out of you and your partner's names (like the kid was an appendage or property), why not give the child one that's uniquely his or her own?
Is there perhaps a particular family member or friend (maybe one who's passed on?) you'd like to honor? Maybe someone you particularly admire -- a great writer or artist, a leader of men or champion of some cause you respect? People have had a lot worse reasons for picking a child's name (my parents were at a loss and ended up picking my name out of the "TV Guide"...)
As to specific names? Well, I've always been fond of "Camille", myself.....

That's a tough one.
Girl:
Latesha
Sharry
Shayla
Taryn
Boy:
Taren
Those are hard ones for a boy without sounding feminine.
I don't mean to sound crass, but when you name your children, you truly are naming them into their destiny. A name means a lot. Give it a lot of thought - perhaps instead of going off the names, which are hard to do with your names - consider naming your child a name that has something to do with how you feel about him/her. Or, with how you want them to be as people/succeed at something. I wouldn't name my child anything where people could make assumptions about their race just by looking at it.
Congrats on the new addition.

LaShey for a girl is cute. That is my cousin's middle name. It does with both Tenesha and Larry.
I am at a loss for boys names. There are none that I like. Good luck!

I think your baby would fare better if you did not give them a blurbed mixture of your names. Not saying you should name them Jennifer & Micheal , but Rayqwan or Tamikwasha are not cool either.
I'm having a girl. I'm going to name her Nya.

When / if I have a girl I'm naming her Aneya Marie - this comes from my liking of the name Freya, and my partner liking Annette. We've just had a boy called Alexander.
