I'm not really sure what this question is asking exactly, but if you're asking if sex and the baby use the same passage, then yes.
The vagina is where you have sex and is also the same way the baby comes out.

No. Thinking of how big a guy could be to make it easy for you to deliver. Nada unless he's got a penis the size of a watermelon...so you'd be used to it, mind you the cervix is WAAAY smaller than the vagina.
BUT WAIT...is there more? Are you saying does having sex during pregnancy HELP one have the baby eariler? Yes....sometimes, if the baby is due or ready anyway...the oxytocins of making love is similar to the chemicals they use to induce childbirth. BUT the baby has to be ready to come anyway or it wont work......so its merely a happy couple of days early break.

yes, guy should "go" inside of you though. Something in the semen does something to the membranes.
