Seems there is a lot of Wannnaabee English teachers on Yahoo! Answers.!! . Have you been pulled up for your Spelling by some Fruitcake who is not interested in the Question ? I dont tell Americans they cant spell Color, Defense, Favorite ..etc properly .. So what is the matter with these people ? oooppps missed a couple of apostrophe marks..

The only problem I have is when people use fake words for an entire sentence. If they are asking a serious question it is annoying that they use such terrible english. Otherwise, if you are goofing off or just IM'ing to friends, then go for it.

I think they forget that the Internet involves people from all over the world and there are variations on spelling of English words that are still correct. It is a form of ethnocentrism.

Only when it's so horrid I have trouble figuring out what they're asking. Or, if they complain about people being stupid or something, yet can't spell themselves.
