some of the tubifex worms in the gravel how to get rid?

I assume you are feeding live tubifex. Get yourself a small corydoras catfish. They are busy little guys and will root out any worms that have eluded the other fish. You can usually find them at any LFS for about $3-4.

Gravel vacuums and bottom feeders will take care of the problem. Tubiflex worms do not survive long in aquariums though, the environment just isn't suitable for them so in the long run, you don't have to worry.
