Really. I have a toddler, and we watch a small amount of children's television shows together (like Sesame Street and the teletubbies) but I can't stand Caillou. He's a whiny, clingy, bratty example of a four-year-old... how is this a good example for toddlers?

Hey stranger!
My oldest daughter, when she was young enough, watched that show, and my wife insists she had a crush on Caillou!
The kid (Caillou) does seem like a turd...

My 2 year olds always loved Caillou but as they got older, they realized no 4 year old should ever act like that. Now they will laugh at how whiny he is and how he has little fits.

Cailou is a horrible example for kids b/c he is such a whiner. I don't let my god children watch it for that very fact. When they watch it and see him whine to get something his way, they think that will work for them also, definitly not the case. I can't stand to hear someone whine.

I asked my brother whether his son Patrick could watch it once & he explained to me WHY he definitely could not, I've seen it he's a whiner....
