Yes I have! In fact I wasn't on vacation last week, but my thoughts were on someone I recently met. I just can't that person out of my mind.

Nope. On anything I think of as a true vacation then I've always been with people I care for and enjoy spending time with. They might not always be peachy but I try to look on the bright side.
