I mean, I hear all the horror stories about bad bosses but what about the nice bosses? Have you ever had such a nice and caring boss?

I have had some real winning bosses, they haven't been people people at all. The boss I have know is wonderful. I work for a small company and he & his wife are great to all the employees. If anyone needs something they go out of their way to try to help, etc. I could not ask for a better boss.

Me ! I am the boss!
I listen to people who work for me and I care that they have the ability to do their job.
The difficulty comes around when one person abuses the system and takes the view that they can do what they like and when they like.
I treat everyone with respect but expect everyone to follow rules such as when they get in and when they go home, I expect people to do work in return for good pay.
I hope I am a good boss

My boss is wonderful. He makes it a point to make me feel like I'm an equal. He's just someone who has a little more experience in this field and can give me advise. Other than that, we're just like partners.

specific all my bosses ive had have been stunning. Theyre alot relaxing to paintings with. Like i'm getting sarcastic with them and decrease up and stuff and it may be cool (dont complication my paintings have been given carried out). managers on the different hand bi*ches

I have had three horrendous bosses, oddly enough they were two were women and one was a male. I have had 3 other male bosses and they were and are fantastic.

no i have never had a nice boss. my current one is not nice. she gets attitude every now and then.
