I would be angry - I am not sure what I would do because I would need think how much money are we talking about here. I could sue - but if the legal costs make that cost prohibative my actions might be limited. However, with my own job I have a union and I would file a greviance and get legal representation that I have already paid for through my Union dues. I am glad I work for a Union shop.

Usually when it happens, they told you sorry but give you check next day or pay you cas advence, and take that from your check next pay day.
And as some people said do not sue them because you cant continue to work that place in peace after you sue them for nothing.

Breach of contract... warn then sue.... then look for a more reliable job... Ability and willingness to pay its workers is the BASIS on which a good company should stand on. Sue and move on !!!
