Call Home Depot with the style number or go on line to the company website and see if they have retailers listed also recommended because you can get the product code. If all else fails, call a repair shop give them the model number and ask if you can buy the piece from them. Most repair places will have the parts and will sell to you at the retail value.

If your talking about the rubber ring that goes in the water line hose, you can pick those up at your hardware store. They are called washers here. If that is not what your talking about, check with the manufacturer such as GE or etc. You should have booklet that came with the washer telling where you can get parts.

Walmart possibly, but I know Lowes or Home Depot should have it. Wherever you bought the machine or the manufacturer. Any home improvement stores. Just ask a person working at those places.

Do you have the original instruction booklet that came with the washer? If so, there is probably a parts section in the back.

If not, start saving those books and put in a file. You never know when they'll come in handy....

You should be able to go online to the machine company and search on something like "repair centers" and then find one near you and go there and buy it. Hope it works.
